Business Contact Book Release Notes

We are happy to announce the release of Business Contact Book 3.4.0.
In the latest release, we have updated the Export option. Find out about all the changes in Business Contact Book 3.4.0.

What new features you can expect in new versions of Business Contact Book

We have already started working on version 3.5.0, so let us know what you would like to see next. In next versions, we are planning to add Scheduled Backup, so the apps runs the backup procedure according to a schedule you set in advance and the Print labels option to create and print professional mailing labels right from Business Contact Book.

Latest version: Business Contact Book 3.4.0 ()
We have made some improvements to the Export option such as adding the option to select different delimiters, performance improvements and minor bug fixes.

Business Contact Book 3.3.0 (June 8, 2018)
We have added a new option for exporting BCB contacts to csv. This custom option gives you full control over how you export your data as you can choose only the fields you need and organize them in the required order before exporting.

- Export contacts to csv option:
The CSV export is useful if you want to open your data in MS Excel, Numbers or other spreadsheet editors to view and modify information or for label printing.

- Redesigned menu:
In version 3.3.0, we have slightly redesigned the top menu making it more intuitive. The File menu has been replaced by the Contacts menu. Now, all the options that used to add, modify, delete, print, import and export contacts are efficiently organized under the Contacts menu. The Trash and Backup related options such as Load, Manual Backup, Auto Backup Preferences are all accessible via the Business Contact Book menu.

Updated the BCB menu titles.

Business Contact Book 2.0.2 (April 19, 2018)
This update brings lots of useful improvements. We have added the 'Save database' and 'Load database' options. Now you can create manual backups, transfer your contacts database to another Mac, easily load Auto-Backups. With the 'Load database' option, you may load both automatically and manually created backups. We also added some useful improvements for printing.

Business Contact Book 1.7.1 (February 2, 2018)
Added the Advanced multi-conditional search. Now you can search your contacts by any field or any fields combination. You will be able to search using any combination of fields through all information in the database (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc).
Minor bug fixes.

Business Contact Book 1.6.5 (October 12, 2017)
Now you can display vertical, horizontal or both gridlines in your printing reports.
You can also add shading to every other row, to make reading the data in a report easier.

Business Contact Book 1.6.1 (October 7, 2017)
With the new version of BCB, you can easily print your contact reports.
You can print an individual contact or a list of contacts from the People List and Companies list using the card or table style.
Reports can be saved as PDF via the print option.
You can easily specify the information to include into your printout by checking the necessary fields.
This version also brings some useful interface improvements:
- vertical alignment of the content in a cell;
- now you can change the column width to automatically fit the contents (auto fit).

The business contact manager was updated with the 'Department list' Editor.
