What new features you can expect in new versions of Business Contact Book
Thanks for all your great feedback - we love hearing your suggestions and learning about all the great ways you use BCB! We have already started working on version 4.1.0, so let us know what you would like to see next. In next versions, we are planning to add ability to attach images and files to contacts, add scheduled backup, so the apps runs the backup procedure according to a schedule you set in advance and more useful features.

In previous versions of BCB there was an option to add quick comments to your contacts e.g. personal or professional interests and other important things to keep in mind. However, when it comes to organizing contacs, you will definitely require an option that allows you to keep track of much more information relating to your contact so you can plan your meetings, follow-ups or just quickly find or write down some extra information during a call. Starting from Version 4.0.0, you can add separate Notes to any People or Company contact to keep, sort and prioritize all the helpful information about the contact.

Updated the right panel output format structure and added more information for personal contacts:
- for more visibility added fields' names for name related information

Fixed minor bug with opening the Advanced search window if previous results were empty.
This update also fixes bug with margin input (in inches) using the stepper.

Business Contact Book 3.6.0 (November 9, 2018)
Now you may print mailing, shipping, return address and name labels
from Business Contact Book.
You can now duplicate your existing contacts to help you create new contacts even faster! The duplicate option is available from the app main menu, context menu and supported by the Shift+Cmd+D hotkey combination.
Added the Duplicate contacts option to help you create new contacts even faster! You can easily access it from the top menu and context menu or use the Shift+Cmd+D combination. This option works for both a single contact and a batch of contacts.
The app now allows you to prints several cards at once.
Fixed bug with opening the currently selected contact by double-clicking on the table's header.

The latest update of BCB supports Dark Mode on macOS Mojave.

In this release, we have updated the Export option. Today we are happy to announce the release of Business Contact Book 3.4.0. We have made some improvements to the Export option such as adding the option to select different delimiters, performance improvements and minor bug fixes.
Business Contact Book 3.3.0 (June 8, 2018)
We have added a new option for exporting BCB contacts to csv. This custom option gives you full control over how you export your data as you can choose only the fields you need and organize them in the required order before exporting.
- Export contacts to csv option:
The CSV export is useful if you want to open your data in MS Excel, Numbers or other spreadsheet editors to view and modify information or for label printing.
- Redesigned menu:
In version 3.3.0, we have slightly redesigned the top menu making it more intuitive. The File menu has been replaced by the Contacts menu. Now, all the options that used to add, modify, delete, print, import and export contacts are efficiently organized under the Contacts menu.
The Trash and Backup related options such as Load, Manual Backup, Auto Backup Preferences are all accessible via the Business Contact Book menu.

This update brings lots of useful improvements. We have added the 'Save database' and 'Load database' options. Now you can create manual backups, transfer your contacts database to another Mac, easily load Auto-Backups. With the 'Load database' option, you may load both automatically and manually created backups. We also added some useful improvements for printing.

Added the Advanced multi-conditional search. Now you can search your contacts by any field or any fields combination. You will be able to search using any combination of fields through all information in the database (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc).

Now you can display vertical, horizontal or both gridlines in your printing reports.
You can also add shading to every other row, to make reading the data in a report easier.

With the new version of BCB, you can easily print your contact reports.
You can print an individual contact or a list of contacts from the People List and Companies list using the card or table style.
Reports can be saved as PDF via the print option.
You can easily specify the information to include into your printout by checking the necessary fields.
This version also brings some useful interface improvements:
- vertical alignment of the content in a cell;
- now you can change the column width to automatically fit the contents (auto fit).
